So no Nigerian is worthy to be the petroleum minister, except the president?, How right can he be?

The President has finally sent the long awaited list of ministers that will form his cabinet to the senate.  Inside source has it that the President named himself as the petroleum minister and this has generated a lot reactions from Nigerians.
I am not much concerned about the position but am very much concerned about the president. It took Mr President more than three months to compile the list of the personnel he wants to form his cabinet, which made everyone hopeful that the President is taking his time to select the best brains and the most capable hands that will work with him. I must be honest, with the manner and approach the president went about this ministerial appointment selection, one wasn't expecting to see such names as the many former state governors on the list, rather saints from above.
My concern about the President is that the President is clueless and is also having  "trust issues". I am forced to asked, "does it mean that the president couldn't find anyone trustworthy enough and capable enough to be a minister of petroleum?.
Secondly, considering his age and energy, how effective can the president perform combining the tasking both offices?.
