The Controversial picture that depicts our highly regarded NYSC SCHEME as a dog affair. This picture was posted on the social network "facebook" as a joke to make his friends laugh out stress by an innocent poster. Since then, the picture has triggered off debates and other intellectual writeup condemning, supporting, and calling on the government to scrap the HIGHLY REGARDED NYSC SCHEME.
